Joe Kenn is one of the most influential figures in the field of strength and conditioning, with over three decades of experience at the highest levels of sport. Best known as the creator of the Tier System for strength training, Joe has led elite programmes across collegiate and professional settings, including serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Carolina Panthers (NFL).


Highlights of Joe’s career include:

  • 🏆 NSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year – Collegiate (2002) and Professional (2015)

  • 🧠 Former coach at Arizona State, Louisville, and Boise State
