When you complete the Level 1 Certificate in Strength and Conditioning, you will be sent a certificate directly to the email address registered on your account.

 

If you do not receive this email, please check that your email is correctly entered in your account profile, and then: ​​

• Go to the 'My Programs" section in your account profile (click top right of webpage).

• Find your Level 1 program listed and then click "view program". 

• Scroll down on the program overview page and click "get certificate"

• This will reissue the certificate email. 

• Please check all of your email folders, including spam and notifications.
