We are delighted to announce a dedicated Heads of Department Forum at the upcoming IUSCA International Conference on Strength and Conditioning, taking place on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Leeds Beckett University, UK.

This forum is designed exclusively for Heads of Department and Programme Leaders overseeing Strength and Conditioning (BSc/MSc) and Sport and Exercise Science degrees.

It offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Connect with peers from leading institutions.

  • Discuss challenges and opportunities in delivering impactful S&C education.

  • Explore how the IUSCA can support your programmes and students.

As the only organisation dedicated to strength and conditioning within the higher education sector, our objective is to facilitate the advancement of exemplary degree programmes and to promote the pivotal role universities play in shaping and progressing the profession.

During the forum, we will discuss how we can provide tools and support to universities to ensure your graduates have a significant positive impact on both students and the wider profession. This initiative is driven by our core values of science, anti-dogma, and first principles thinking, ensuring a robust and evidence-based approach to S&C education.

If you are a Head of Department or Programme Leader for an S&C BSc/MSc or Sport and Exercise Science degree and haven't yet received a direct invitation to this forum, please contact us at info@iusca.org to secure your place. We would be delighted to welcome you.
