Mark is an International S&C Consultant with over 10 years' service as the Technical Lead for Strength and Conditioning at the UK Sport Institute, leading the high-performance physical preparation across Olympic and Paralympic sports.

With over two decades of elite experience spanning the UK and New Zealand, Mark is widely recognised for his leadership, mentoring, and real-world, outcome based coaching expertise. He is also a Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP) with the IUSCA.
