Ashley Samaniego | In-Season Strength Training

We are pleased to announce the next free webinar in our series for the S&C and Sports Performance community.


Ashley Samaniego, Director of Athletic Performance at California State University Northridge (CSUN), will be delivering a webinar on the importance and practical application of "In-Season Strength Training". This will include a Q&A.


Ashley Samaniego began his role with the CSUN Athletic Performance Department in the Fall of 2018. Samaniego is responsible for developing and improving the athletic performance for Men’s Basketball, Baseball, Women’s Tennis, Women’s Beach Volleyball and Men’s and Women’s Golf. Prior to joining the athletic performance staff at CSUN, he was a strength and conditioning coach in the private sector working with various demographics and athletes. Additionally, Samaniego is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Samaniego obtained a Master of Science in Kinesiology from CSUN. He also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from CSUN. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and USA Weightlifting Level I certified coach.
